The Six-S Corporation  warrants that this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship that would affect its usefulness.  This warranty is good for one year or one attempted use of the product in connection with a stovetop grease fire, whichever comes first.  The manufacturer's sole obligation shall be, at the manufacturer's option, to replace this product or refund your purchase price.  Send any claim under this warranty along with the defective product to:  Six-S Corporation, 410 E Laura Street, Starke, FL  32091. MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR FROM ANY DEFECT OR FAILURE OF THIS PRODUCT.  THE PURCHASER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND MANUFACTURER'S LIABILITY, SHALL IN NO CASE EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.  THIS WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND LIABILITIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Some states do not allow limitations on damages, warranties, or on duration of warranties, so some or all of the above limitations may not apply to you.
